I had been doing Atlantic Coast Guard patrols northwest of the Bermuda Triangle area for most of my 18 years in the service, when one Saturday afternoon we spotted an old 17th Century sailing ship off our port bow, that had not shown up on radar! Capt. Chadwick ordered a squad to board her to see what the heck was going on. She was under full sail, but not a soul was on board. Below deck we shined our flashlights around, and all the cargo was intact and looked like it hadn't changed in hundreds of years.
Maybe the stories of the Bermuda Triangle are true!
