One of our web site correspondents has connections with Colonel John F. Wagner, currently stationed in Baghdad. He has taken upon himself a project to write a weekly email letter for distribution to family and friends at home. We have been granted access to some of these letters and permission to publish them so that his insights and experiences may be shared with a wider circle of interested individuals with common interests.
