World War II: Uncharted Territory

Welcome

to these added pages to Chapter 3. Here you will find photos of some of the aircraft, air crews, ground crews and support staff that were involved in the mission to map parts of Central and South America during this important chapter in world history. In many cases, it has been a challenge to obtain identification of individuals and locations for these photos and the stories behind them. After some delay, we are publishing them here with whatever data we have been able to gather. If you have information to add, please be in touch.
